Shipping Policy

Orders received on a business day by 12:00 Noon EST and in-stock will be shipped that business day.  Orders received after 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping costs are dynamically quoted at the time of check-out. They depend upon the method and option you choose:

Standard Delivery: Allow 4-10 business days. We use FedEx as our primary shipping carrier, but might occasionally use UPS or USPS as needed.  All orders will have tracking numbers supplied to you with your order confirmation so you can track the location of your order through the shipping process.

2-Day Delivery: To receive in-stock products within 2 business days, all orders must be placed by 12:00 noon EST. It is recommended that customers ordering probiotics consider this method of shipping. Please note that 2-Day delivery is 2-business days. Orders in by 12:00 noon on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. Friday orders will be delivered on Tuesday. Deliveries outside of the contiguous 48-states can not be guaranteed in 2-days.

Express Overnight Delivery: To receive in-stock products by the next business day, all orders must be placed by 12:00 noon EST. Please note that Express Overnight Delivery does not include weekends. Friday orders placed by 12 noon will be delivered on Monday. Express Overnight Delivery is only available in the contiguous 48-states.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions:

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.  International orders are typically shipped via Priority International by the United States Postal Service.

International country duties and taxes are NOT included, and are the responsibility of the customer. As an international customer, you are responsible for making sure that importing a particular nutritional supplement from the United States is allowed in your country.

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Declaration of value and contents: Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label or documents. Also, we label the contents as “Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use”.

Import taxes: You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees due to your government. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office. Please contact your local Customs office for more details.

Import restrictions: As an international customer, you are responsible for making sure that importing a particular nutritional supplement from the United States is allowed in your country.

Handling of orders where some of the items are temporarily out of stock:

If you placed an order for something that is out of stock, and your order is for standard shipping, we will allow 3 days for the backorder to be filled. If on day 3 your order cannot be filled in its entirety we will partially ship your order (The packing slip will indicate the backorder). If your order is on Two-Day shipping or Overnight- we will immediately partially ship your order (The packing slip will indicate the backorder). Your back order item will be shipped as soon as the item is available. It will ship in the method your original order had shipped. Tracking will come from [email protected]
